Instructions for Departments
Exchange Server is made available to University of Minnesota departments through the Microsoft EES (Campus Agreement) contract.
To request it for your department, email [email protected].
Because Exchange Server is not in widespread use at the University, some features may be covered by other more widely adopted services, including ones offered through Google. To best help our team understand your unique usage need(s) for this product, include the following information:
- Explain how you will use Exchange Server.
- If applicable, explain why other more widely used products are not sufficient.
- Indicate if you want the Standard or Enterprise version of Exchange Server.
Our fulfillment team will then contact you.
Please note: Our Microsoft EES Campus Agreement only includes Standard Client Access Licenses (CALs). If you need Enterprise CALs you will need to purchase those through our Microsoft Select Plus contract reseller, CDWG.
