Departmental Accounts Require Annual Renewal

What's New: Departmental Accounts now require annual renewal

As of August 19, UMN Departmental accounts must be renewed annually.

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will email renewal reminders to the contacts named on the Departmental accounts 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before the renewal date. If the Departmental account contact does not take action to renew the account, the account will be disabled.

Action Recommended

If you use Departmental accounts, we strongly recommend that you update access to University Departmental Accounts to ensure that the reminder messages OIT sends are received by the correct person.
