The Office of Information Technology’s (OIT) role for the University of Minnesota’s video conferencing environment will be to provide best practices to nurture this technology. This will allow for increased interoperability as well as successful adoption to take place. Where end location owners are able to adhere to documented guidelines and standards, they should be assured that the resulting facility provides the best possible experience for the room.
