In-Room Video Conferencing
Use video equipped meeting rooms or classrooms for distance learning or collaborating remotely.
Using the latest technology, video conferencing rooms allow faculty, students, and staff to collaborate, teach or learn remotely. Assistance is available for general purpose video conference enabled classrooms.
- Work together, face-to-face in a virtual setting removing the need for travel
- Share work and research with other institutions around the world
- Offer a distance learning course to remote students or participate in distance learning classes not offered on campus
The Office of Classroom Management (OCM) can help you determine the best room for your needs or help you learn the equipment once you have reserved a room.
If you need support while running your conference, on-site support is available, but needs to be scheduled in advance.
University-funded: no charge.
