Webex Teams: Answer an Incoming Call

This article shows how to answer an incoming call on the Clearspan Webex Teams (formerly Webex Engage) application that's used for Voice Over IP (VOIP) phones.

Note: VoIP callers should be aware of certain restrictions to 911 calls. Visit z.umn.edu/voip911 for more information.

  1. This is a snapshot of an incoming call.

  2. To answer the call, click on the green Accept button in the pop-up window.
