Position Overview
- Members of this team will provide technical support to faculty, students, and staff at various ONSITE campus locations, or REMOTELY over the phone, via email, and live-chat.
What we are looking for
- Current Undergraduate students registered for at least 6 credits (12 for International Undergrad)
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- A passion for helping others
- Being comfortable with in-person interactions
- Interest in technology
- Applicants do not need to have skills in technology, but must be comfortable with learning and adapting quickly via self-paced training
- Strong communication skills: comfortable working in-person support, email, and chat
- Punctuality and reliability
- Good time management
- Ability to multi-task and independently balance different areas of need
- Organizational skills
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
