Jadu Forms: Create A New Page

  1. If you don't already have the form open, begin by finding your form in the form list and click on the title to open the form.
  2. From the Pages tab, click Add Page.
  3. You will be presented with two options. Click Create New.
    • Note: Do NOT choose Use Existing Template. The U of M is not currently using this functionality. If you use an existing template, you will be required to replace it with a new page prior to moving your form to production.

  4. After clicking Create New, a pop-up will appear.
    • Enter the title of the page. It should begin with your category.
      • (Example: T-OIT - Page Name)
    • Make sure that Form-Specific is turned on. (This is required.)
    • Click Proceed.

  5. After clicking Proceed, you will be taken to the Create New Page designer where you can build a new page. Once the page has been created, click Return to Form Structure to return to the form structure page.

  6. The page will now appear in the Pages section on the left-hand side.
