Jadu CXM: Global CXM Fields

Global fields are available to all categories and case types in CXM and should be used when applicable. Category-specific fields can be created upon request. To learn more about how to determine additional field needs please go to Identify XFP Fields to Retain and Put Into CXM

Note: It is important to use Requested By and Requested For (if applicable) on your case type. These are two key fields available as column headers in the case list.

The Requested By and Requested For (if populated) display in the case ribbon at the top of the submitted case.

No Requested For - Department Text requested_for_department If the initial form was submitted on behalf of somebody else, this field stores the department of the person the request is for.

XFP Form Information     

YesAccess Code Textaccess_code Stores the access code generated by the first XFP form. Secures case data.
YesForm NameTextform_nameStores the Form - Title variable from the most recent XFP form that updated the case. The History tab in CXM shows an audit trail of which form sent which data.
YesForm ReferenceTextform_referenceStores the Form - Title variable from the most recent XFP form that updated the case. The History tab in CXM shows an audit trail of which XFP submission sent the data.
YesNext Form URL 1URLnext_form_url_1Stores the URL for the 2nd form in the workflow process. This is important to include when sending CXM email reminders for an outstanding form submission.
