Jadu CXM: Exporting Case Data to CSV

Jadu CXM provides a way to export data to a CSV file, and choose which cases and fields to include.

Run the Data Export

Note: In order to follow the steps below, a case list filter must be created.

  1. Select an existing filter or create a new case list filter.
  2. Choose the filter you want to export by selecting the title. The active filter will display as underlined.

  3. Next, select on Actions menu and select Export as CSV.

  4. Choose which columns should be included in the CSV file and then select Export.
    1. Export with all columns - this will export all columns available under the Columns menu, even if the field is not in use on the case type.
    2. Export with currently displayed columns - this will only include columns that are visible in the filter.

  5. Select Close on the confirmation window.

  6. An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to download the CSV file. 
    Email with subject "Your Connect case export CSV is ready." Email body has message "Your case export for University of Minnesota is ready" and button to "Download Export"

Note: The download requires a CXM account and can only be downloaded by the person who ran the export.
