Groups contain members. A member is either an Internet ID or a Group ID. Any Internet ID can be added to a group.
For guest accounts, you need to add the internal Internet ID, which is eight characters and begins with the letter 'g'. If you do not know the guest account's internal Internet ID, please contact Technology Help (link) and they can retrieve it.
