This article describes a known issue in Drupal Enterprise and Drupal Lite.
Issue: I am collaborating with someone on a Drupal site, but I cannot see their draft pages.
Explanation: This is a function of Drupal as a whole. It is not related to a UMN-specific configuration. The only way to be able to see other authors' pages or nodes is to have full administrative access to the site.
Solution: Contact 1-HELP and request full administrative access to the site.
