Your instructor or TA may provide office hour appointments that you can sign up for within your Canvas course site using Zoom Appointment Scheduler in Canvas.
Booking Appointments as a Student
- Go to the course site that you want to book an appointment in.
- Select Zoom from the course navigation menu on the left.
- Select the Appointments tab and locate the block section you'd like to book under.
- Find a meeting time that works for you and select it.
- A pop-up window will appear that says Book Meeting?
- Confirm in that window that the Event as well as the Date & Time work for you.
- Select Book if the information looks correct.
- A green pop-up window will appear that says Successfully booked.
- Students will receive an email from [email protected] with meeting information, including a selectable meeting URL to join from. Launch the session by selecting the URL or you can find your appointments by selecting the Upcoming Events tab under the Appointments header.
- Select the Join button when it's time to attend the appointment.
