Effort Certification and Reporting Technology (ECRT)
Certify faculty and staff involvement with externally sponsored research at the University.
Overview
Faculty and staff who are paid on sponsored projects, or companion cost share accounts, must certify the accuracy of this time (i.e., effort) using the online Effort Certification and Reporting Technology (ECRT) system.
The Office of Information Technology provides technical support to the Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA).
Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA) provides support to users of the system.
