Overview
Assignable by OpenStax builds customized assignments directly in Canvas that are tied to an existing OpenStax textbook. Designed to keep students engaged with a wide range of content and question types, Assignable will let instructors:
Assign OpenStax readings from select textbooks directly within Canvas.
Assign pre- and post-reading assessment questions that instructors can create themselves, or use questions that are already available.
Assign culturally responsive and interactive materials from the OpenStax Resource Library.
Getting Started
Assignable by OpenStax is currently not available in the UMN instance of Canvas.
