Scanners are found in many of our computer facilities.
You can use the flatbed scanners to create an image file from many types of printed media.
An option on several of these scanners is to scan pages of text and images into a document. The resulting document can be edited in any word processor, for example Microsoft Word.
To scan using OCR use the "HP Precisionscan Pro" application on computer A8 in Coffman Hall Room B060's computer facility.
