Explore Generative AI Tools

Join this Teaching Support interactive webinar where we demo use cases for generative AI tools, and provide prompts to guide your own exploration. The tool categories will focus on writing, course assistance, images, and research.  We’ll explore how generative AI can be used in your classes.

Overview

Are you interested in exploring more about the various generative AI tools that exist in the world? Perhaps you’ve found that There’s An AI for that is a bit too overwhelming to take on by yourself. Join staff in Academic Technology Support Services and the Center for Educational Innovation to explore a few generative AI tools that can assist you and your students with writing, course development, presentations, and research. It’s important to note that none of these tools are University-sponsored or supported, and it’s equally important for the University teaching and learning community to be actively engaged in the potentials and limitations of these emerging technologies.

Categories we’ll explore:

  • Generative AI to help with writing

  • AI for Images/visuals/presentations
