SR - Plan Information (PS)
Description: Allows a currently logged in user to select a plan from a list of their currently active plans. After the plan is selected, additional information about the plan will be populated. If the currently logged in user does not have an active plan, the dropdown list will be empty.

Setup Prerequisites:
Setup Source of Career - This input will determine which plans appear in the results based on the associated career ID. This input must map to another field that exists on the form. There are three options:
- Integrated Component - Add an integrated component, that outputs the career ID, to the form on a previous page. (It can t be on the same page as this integrated component.)
Setup Instructions:
After adding this component to a form, the following input will need to be set on the Form Structure page. (Refer to the input knowledge base article for additional details on setting inputs.)
- Campus - Select the Current Term ID source that was set up in the prerequisite.
- Include Past Plans - Determines if plans with a program status of CM, DC, DM, LA or SP appear in the results.
- Include Current Plans - Determines if plans with a program status of AC appear in the results.
- Include Future Plans - Determines if plans with a program status of AD, AP, PM or WT appear in the results.
- Include Pre-Majors/Second Majors/Non-Degree Connected -Determines if plans that are pre-majors, second majors or non-degree connected are included in the resutls.
- Include Crookston - Determines if Crookston instructors are included in the results
- Include Duluth - Determines if Duluth instructors are included in the results
- Include Morris - Determines if Morris instructors are included in the results
- Include Rochester - Determines if Rochester instructors are included in the results
- Include Twin Cities - Determines if Twin Cities instructors are included in the results
