Global fields are Jadu Connect fields available to all categories and case types in Jadu Connect and should be used when applicable. Global fields in Jadu Connect store data pushed to the Jadu Connect environment upon Jadu Central form submission. Jadu Connect field data can then be pulled onto subsequent Jadu Central forms.
Review the linked Global Jadu Connect field spreadsheet for an up-to-date list of fields available for all case types to use. Jadu Connect fields are not visible to end users and therefore Jadu Connect field labels do not need to match exactly with Jadu Central form fields. They are used by formbuilders when mapping Jadu Central to Jadu Connect within action templates.
When creating your Jadu Connect forms, you add fields for all data you would like to carry from Jadu Central form to Jadu Central form.
The fields you select within the Jadu Connect environment are used in action templates, matching up with corresponding Jadu Central form fields.
