Some University Call Centers Unavailable
Update: This issue has since been resolved, and the Office of Information Technology is continuing to closely monitor the situation.
Since approximately 9 a.m. today, some University of Minnesota call centers have not able to take incoming calls or make outgoing calls. Office of Information Technology engineers are working with the vendor to resolve this issue as soon as possible. For updates, visit the service status page at status.it.umn.edu.
