Finding Resources
Some communications may require additional support materials like how-to pages, self-help guides, or technology pages in Atlas. Search the Technology Help website, Atlas, and the TDX Knowledge Base to find relevant resources.
Digital Content and Communications (DCC) team members should review existing web content and knowledge with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the introductory meeting and throughout the process to ensure all applicable content is shared.
