Digital Content: Submit to Brief

Audience: Digital Content Communicators
 
After drafting and reviewing a submission, Digital Content Communicators (DCC) team members can submit communications to Brief using these submission guidelines.

Reviewing Brief Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must be sent to the Brief editor at [email protected] by Friday at noon the week before it is published.
  • Entries should be 75 words or less and include only relevant, factual information.
  • Entries should be a single paragraph.

Submitting to Brief

  1. Once the entry is drafted and approved, copy and paste the content from your Brief content template into a blank email
  2. Send the content to [email protected].

Incorporating Graphics

If you plan to submit an image along with your Brief entry, make sure that the image is square (1:1 ratio) and provide appropriate alt text.

  • Note: The Brief editor may change the alt text, but it is useful to provide context for the image. Include the image as an attachment to your submission email.
