Jadu Central: Create A New Page Template

  1. If you don't already have the form open, begin by finding your form in the form list and click on the title to open the form.
  2. From the Pages tab, click Add Page Template.
  3. Click Create New.

  4. After clicking Create New, a pop-up will appear.
    1. Enter the title of the page template. It should begin with your category.
      • (Example: T-OIT - Page Name)
    2. Click Proceed.
  5. After clicking Proceed, you will be taken to the Create New Page designer where you can build a new page. Once the page has been created, click Return to Form Structure to return to the form structure page.

  6. The page template will now appear in the Page Templates section on the left-hand side.
