Digital Content: Review the Digital Content Planned Work Process

The digital content planned work process occurs over pre-Program Increment (PI) Planning discovery meetings, PI Planning, and Iterations.

Planned Work Intake Process and Responsibilities

Digital content planned work includes any projects the Digital Content Communicators (DCC) team may consult on or support, such as technology retirements, launches, major changes, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

The deliverables of these projects include communication proofreading or sending, knowledge creation or updates, self-help guide development, and web page updates.

Note: Operational work; which is low-effort, ad-hoc work; should be submitted using the OIT Digital Content and Communications request form.
