When entering stories for communications work, ensure that the names of the signer, sender, reply-to email addresses, and submitter are identified in the story description.
Determining the Signer, Sender, Reply-to Email, and Submitter
- Signer: This person's name and signature appears at the bottom of the communication. They are typically a product manager, product owner, service owner, or senior director.
- Sender: This is the person who is responsible for sending the email in Salesforce. This is often a DCC team member.
- Reply-to email: All replies to the communication will be sent to this address. This is usually a team email address or Google Group.
- Submitter: This is the DCC team member responsible for submitting content to MyU and/or Brief.
