WebEx: What’s New in Version 32.11
WebEx Meeting Center (Mac/Windows/Web App)
New In-Meeting Controls for Video Systems
You can now, as a host on a video system, control your meeting experience using DTMF keys. Specifically, you can mute (##) and unmute (99) all participants' audio, start (*9) and stop (#9) recording, and lock and unlock a meeting (*5). This feature is only available on sites with video platform version 2.
Lock Video Windows to a Specific Participant
You can now lock the focus of the video windows to the meeting participant of your choice. This applies to the main video window as well as any of the thumbnail windows on the first page.
The ability for attendees to lock the main window is not available when the host has locked the main window for all participants.
Automatically Enter The Full-Screen Video Mode
Maximize your video experience. You now have the option to “Automatically show me the full-screen video” when connecting in the Audio and Video Connection dialogue. Enabling this option opens up the full-screen video view on connect.
Google Extension Link on the Downloads Page
You can now easily download the Cisco WebEx Scheduler for Google Calendar with the addition of a new download link from the Meeting Center > Support > Downloads page.
Display Video Platform Version
Users can now see the video platform version number of their site from the Meeting Center > Support > Downloads page.
Since all new video system related capabilities are introduced on the new video platform version 2, this allows users to confirm their site's capabilities.
Single Participant Meetings Ended After a Set Time
Personal Rooms now automatically end at a specified time when there is only one person left in the Personal Room.
Retirement of the SMS Option in Invite and Remind
The SMS option in the Invite and Remind dialog box from the Quick Start page will be retired on March 30th, 2018.

Event Center Chat Support
You can now send and receive chat messages when joining Event Center events through the WebEx web app.
Cisco WebEx Meetings 10.4 for Android
Remote Join Notification Improvements
Users who receive remote join notifications are now taken directly to their meeting join screen or their own Personal Room start page, instead of to a generic meeting list page.
Single-Participant Meetings Ended After a Set Time
The mobile meeting app now detects when there is only a single participant in a Meeting Center meeting, Event Center event, or Training Center session. If there is only one participant, the app automatically ends the meeting after a specific number of minutes after the scheduled end time.
The number of minutes is determined by the site administration. If another attendee joins at any point before the set time, the meeting does not end.
This is to match existing behavior on the desktop application and the web app.
Users can now see improved error messaging when their audio connection fails. Users will also see improved share quality when presenting from their mobile device.
Cisco WebEx Meetings 10.4 for iPhone, iPad
Native Device Search Support
Users can now use their native device search bar to look for scheduled WebEx meetings or Personal Rooms. Searches can be by meeting title, number, site name, information, host name, email, meeting time.
Search supports a meeting list history of up to 100 meetings, and a cache of up to 50 recently accessed personal rooms. In addition, this history will be cleared if the user is signed out.
iOS11 Files Content Sharing Support
iOS users can now access and share content from iOS 11’s new Files App solution, including any cloud solutions, (such as Dropbox, Box, and iCloud) that the iOS user chooses to integrate with the Files app.
Screen Sharing Improvements
Users can now share their screens without having to connect to any audio. This is for cases where they want to share from their iPhone or iPad while connected to a separate audio, such as their desktop phones.
Siri Command Improvements
Users can now join their next WebEx meeting or Personal room using the following commands:
Call/Join my room using WebEx; - Launches my own personal room.
iOS OS 10+ required
For the original Siri commands, Personal Room meetings only support the Personal Room ID search, for example, Call jsmith using WebEx, but a not first name or last name search, such as, Call Jim using WebEx.
