When you record a WebEx meeting, your meeting recordings are saved in your My WebEx Files.
Note: it may take some time for the file to be processed and uploaded after your meeting ends. You should receive an email from WebEx when your recording is available to view online.
To view a specific recording and get download or streaming links, click on its title. If you would like to retain the ability for viewers to see the video view of the presenter, participant list, or chat log you will want to share your video via streaming link or the share the file via email using the email button on the rightmost column.
As of October 26, 2018 all videos will download as MP4 format. While this makes it more compatible to upload in places like Kaltura or YouTube, it does remove the view of the presenter, participant list, and chat log. Videos made prior to October 26, 2018 may be in proprietary ARF format. In order to play the .arf file, download the Network Recording Player.
