When you schedule a meeting for someone else, they will be recorded as the host and owner of the meeting and will receive an email notifying them that the meeting has been scheduled.
Login to WebEx (umn.webex.com) using your Internet ID and password.
Select the Meeting Center tab at the top.
In the left navigation bar, click Host a Meeting to expand the menu (if needed).
Click Schedule a Meeting.
Click Advanced Scheduler.
Click the drop-down list next to Schedule for and select the name of the person you're setting up a meeting for. Note: You will only see a Schedule for option if you have been granted permission to schedule meetings for someone else. If you do not see the "Schedule for" drop-down menu then you need to ask the person you are trying to schedule a meeting for to give you permission in WebEx to do so. Complete the rest of the information for scheduling the meeting.
Click Schedule Meeting. On the confirmation page, you should see the person you scheduled the meeting for listed as the host, instead of your own name.
