Yellowdig is a social learning platform designed for higher education that enables students in the same class to share articles and other content relevant to the course, participate in discussions, and achieve points through word count and participating in common social media behavior.

Tool is integrated into Canvas
YellowDig can be integrated into your course if you have an agreement with YellowDig. Some departments pay for it and others send the charges on to students (on a per class, per semester basis). Complete a LTI Request to have the tool turned on for your class. In the LTI Request form, select the option ' I would like to use a tool that has been integrated at the University, but is not currently available to me.'
