A Self-Help Guide provides the context and step-by-step instructions needed to learn about and complete specific tasks. Users can either start from the beginning of a self-help guide and follow it to the end, or they can jump in at any point to find the help that is most needed at the moment.
Create a Self-Help Guide
The Office of Information Technology has created a Drupal module that provides the tools you need to create a self-help guide in your UMN Drupal site. The module has been installed on the Drupal Enterprise platform. You only need to turn the module on and select your color scheme, and you’re ready to start building.
