Beginning on Saturday, May 16, the service desk ticketing, access, and service request system used by many University service desks (including Technology Help, some colleges, and administrative support helplines) will change from ServiceNow to TeamDynamix (TDX).
On Saturday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m. the ability to create new tickets in ServiceNow will be disabled. All new tickets will need to be created in TeamDynamix. ServiceNow will remain available until June 8 to edit and resolve existing tickets.
