Video Event Support is available either online or onsite. Prices vary according to the support option requested.

Additional support is offered for a flat fee for events up to one hour, plus an hourly rate of $104.00 per technician for events exceeding one hour.

Online Event Consultation (No Charge)

  • Discuss event needs (30 minutes)
  • Preview the experience (30 minutes)
  • Review training options (30 minutes)

Online Consultation + Online (Remote) Practice: $364.00

In addition to the no charge consultation, we:

  • Provide virtual webinar training (60 minutes)
  • Review your slide deck for accessibility (e.g., font size, colors, embedded videos)
  • Review and optimize streaming settings
  • Rehearse the event (30 minutes)

Online (Remote) Video Event Support

Video Event Online (Remote) Support (Standard): $208.00

  • Discuss event needs (30 minutes)
  • Preview the experience (30 minutes)
  • Review your slide deck for accessibility (e.g., font size, colors, embedded videos)
  • Rehearse the event (30 minutes)
  • Build online event and provide registration, YouTube, and UMN Z links
  • Conduct a pre-event warmup (30 minutes)
  • Manage basic features of the event such as polling and audience permissions (60 minutes)
  • Provide an optional trimmed recording of the event in your preferred format (Zoom, YouTube, Kaltura MediaSpace, Google Drive, Box)

Video Event Online (Remote) Event Support (Premium): $416.00

In addition to the standard event support, we:

  • Stream your event to multiple destinations (e.g., Zoom webinar + YouTube, Kaltura)
  • Operate the slides during the event
  • Two field technicians will be assigned to support your event

Additional Hourly Support

  • Additional support for events exceeding one hour is available for the duration of the event for $104.00 per hour per technician needed.
  • Any additional or customized needs and associated costs will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Onsite Video Event Support
