A Video Event Online Support consultation session of up to an hour is available for no charge.

Additional support is offered for a flat fee for events up to one hour, plus an hourly rate for events exceeding one hour.

Service Options for One-Hour Events

No Charge Consultation

  • Discuss event needs (30 minutes)
  • Preview the experience (30 minutes)
  • Review training options (30 minutes)

Consultation + Practice: $196.35

In addition to the no charge consultation, we:

  • Provide virtual webinar training (60 minutes)
  • Review your slide deck for accessibility (e.g., font size, colors, embedded videos)
  • Review and optimize streaming settings
  • Rehearse the event (30 minutes)

Standard Event Support: $336.60

  • Discuss event needs (30 minutes)
  • Preview the experience (30 minutes)
  • Review your slide deck for accessibility (e.g., font size, colors, embedded videos)
  • Rehearse the event (30 minutes)
  • Build online event and provide registration, YouTube, and UMN Z links
  • Conduct a pre-event warmup (30 minutes)
  • Manage basic features of the event such as polling and audience permissions (60 minutes)
  • Provide an optional trimmed recording of the event in your preferred format (Zoom, YouTube, Kaltura MediaSpace, Google Drive, Box)

Premium Event Support: $448.80

In addition to the standard event support, we:

  • Stream your event to multiple destinations (e.g., Zoom webinar + YouTube, Kaltura)
  • Operate the slides during the event

Additional Hourly Support

Additional support for events exceeding one hour is available for the duration of the event for $56.10 per hour per technician needed.
