Zoom: Sharing Multiple Screens Simultaneously
Hosts using the Zoom Client for Meetings desktop application can allow multiple participants to share their screens simultaneously during a meeting. This can be useful for a real-time comparison of documents or other materials by participants in multiple locations.
Note: Dual Monitors/displays are recommended but not required.
- The host must have Remote Support turned off for their account in order to use this feature
- When you enable the option to share multiple screens simultaneously, the options "Share computer audio" and "Optimize for full-screen video clip" are not available
- Only Participants using the Zoom Client for Meetings desktop application on PC or Mac will be able to share if someone else is already sharing
See the article Sharing Multiple Screens Simultaneously in the Zoom Help Center to watch a video tutorial and view detailed instructions on how to use this feature.
