What is the meaning of the "Data-Reserved" status in Service Gateway?
Customer's may call asking about a jack and it's current status. One can locate jack status in Service Gateway. The jack's status may be Data-Reserved.
- Data-Reserved means there is a work order in process to either activate, move or disconnect the jack.
- Progress updates can be obtained by contacting T2 Requests Voice & Data @5-4914
- If T2 Requests Voice & Data are not available, contact T2 Voice & Data Repair group @5-4955 for assistance.
