ServiceNow Reports: Reports Not Showing after Search


When searching for a report under the View/Run section of the Reports module, expected report results are not returned. You may see a message stating "No search results in My reports marked as favorite."


Verify the Favorites star is not selected. When the star is selected (blue), only reports that have been manually "Favorited" (starred) will be returned. Click the Favorite star to deselect it and rerun the search.
