Jadu Forms: Submit a Development Request

As you work with Jadu Forms there may be times that you need to make a request of the Jadu Forms development and support team. In this document you will find a description of the kinds of items you can request along with a link to our request form.

Data Integrations

Data integrations pull data into your forms from external sources such as Peoplesoft. Currently only data for the person who is submitting the form and logged on can be pulled into the form. OIT is working with data governance teams at the U of M to expand the offering.

A number of integrated components have been created that you can use. See Integrated Components for more information. Data integrations are developed and maintained by OIT.

If you need a data integration that does not already exist, you can submit a request to our development team for review.

Field Validation

Form validation helps us to ensure that users fill out forms in the correct format, making sure that submitted data will work successfully with our applications.

Examples:

  • "Please enter a valid email address" (Used if your entry is not in the format of "[email protected]")
  • "Your password needs to be between 8 and 30 characters long and contain one uppercase letter, one symbol, and a number."
