Set Form Reentry Settings (optional)
If you require log in by setting Registered Users Only, a user's form progress will be saved. If they abandon the form part way through, they can come back to it again by going to the same web address (typically a link on your web site).
After they log in again, they will be prompted with choices to resume their in-progress form or to start a new form.
