FileMaker: Install FileMaker Pro on HST Supported Device

This article outlines the process for installing the FileMaker Pro client on a HST Supported Device.

Windows

  1. Email [email protected] to request the device be added to the FileMaker Pro distribution list
  2. Select Start Menu > Microsoft System Center > Software Center

  3. Select Cisco AnyConnect Client icon

    1. The software should already be installed
    2. If it is not, click the Install button to install the software
    3. Wait for it to complete
      uninstall screen

  4. Select Applications tab to return to the previous page
  5. Select FileMaker Pro icon

  6. Click the Install button to install the software

  7. Close Software Center

 

Mac

  1. Email [email protected] to request the device be added to the FileMaker Pro distribution list
  2. Select Finder > Applications Self Service

  3. Login to Self Service using your HST Active Directory (AD) credentials
    Note: If you do not have AD credentials, you will need to contact 1-HELP (1-4357) to dispatch a technician to assist in getting this software installed

  4. Select Application Installers from the right menu

  5. Click Install button on Cisco AnyConnect application and then click Install button on the popup window

  6. Click Install button on FileMaker Pro application and then click Install button on the popup window

  7. Close Self Service
