Each content type has default content that appears on the new content form. The items that appear on the new content form are referred to as Fields. For example, the News/Blog content type has default fields: Title, Body, Tag, Publish Date.
Each content type has a default page layout, and each field has a default location in the layout.
After you have created a page, you can customize it to suit your needs. You can change the layout of the page, you can move the content around so it is in a different order or a different region, or you can add additional content.
- Refer to the Change Page Layout for a Page if you wish to change the layout, for example, from a 2-column layout to a 3-column layout.
- Refer to Move Content on the Page if you wish to re-order the content that appears on the page.
- Refer to Add Additional Content to a Page if you wish to add additional content to a page. For example: a Google Map that shows your location, or a video, etc.
- Refer to Remove Additional Content from a Page if you wish to remove items from a page. For example: the social media icons that appear on some pages.
