Communicator: Answer an Incoming Call

This article shows how to answer an incoming call on the Clearspan Communicator application that's used for Voice Over IP (VOIP) phones.

Note: VoIP callers should be aware of certain restrictions to 911 calls. Visit z.umn.edu/voip911 for more information

  1. This is a snapshot of an incoming call.

  2. To answer the call click on the green Audio button in the pop-up window.

Note: To talk and listen on a call using Clearspan Communicator, the device you are using must have a working microphone and speaker.
