Knowledge articles frequently need to be edited to keep content up to date. For information on who can create and edit articles, see Knowledge Base Group Permissions.
Editing an article
Select Knowledge > Lists for Editors > My Group’s Active Articles in the Application Navigator on the left. You will see a list of all the articles assigned to your group(s), excluding retired articles.
Use the Search box at the top to filter the results, if necessary.
Click the article Number. The article will open in edit mode.
