Data Center Operations Services (DCOS) will provide hands-on help for urgent requests for actions such as - re-boots, temperature checks, blinking light checks, and vendor escorts.
Data Center Operations Services (DCOS) does not provide technical support or maintenance for the tenant servers such as operating system support or opening up servers to perform physical maintenance on memory, hard drives, NICs, etc. Server hardware support and maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant.
To request urgent hands-on service, please have an approved system administrator submit an Urgent Service Request Form. A Data Center Operations Services (DCOS) staff member will contact the system administrator and complete the request within 30 minutes.
