One Stop: Ordering Official Transcripts Without an Active Internet ID
When ordering official transcripts from the University of Minnesota, alumni can sign in to the transcript vendor website, called Parchment Inc., with their University of Minnesota internet account. If you don't remember if your internet account is active, but know your Social Security number or your seven-digit Student ID number, you can call the Technology Helpline at 612-301-4357 to reactivate your account. If you have questions about this process, contact One Stop Student Services at 612-624-1111.
If you do not have your Social Security number or do not have your seven-digit Student ID number, or do not feel comfortable sharing that information, you may follow the instructions below. You need to have an active email address for this option.
Click create an account online request for official transcript system.
Click log in or create a new account.
Click Create Account.
NOTE: If you receive an error signing in to the Parchment site, you can change your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link under the sign in area. A new password will be emailed to the address used to create the Parchment account.
