All changes to OIT services are governed by the Change Approval Board (CAB). Examples include code/software upgrades, hardware upgrades, and major service-impacting reconfigurations.
The Enterprise Change Approval Board (CAB) meets at 3 p.m. Wednesdays to review all changes that were requested by noon the previous day.
