You are invited to stop by and explore the new 1:Button Studios located in Wilson Library, room 65! The Office of Information Technology and University Libraries welcome you to an open house!

Who Should Attend

University students, faculty, and staff with a need to create quality videos are welcome to use the 1:Button Studios in support of the University’s teaching and learning, research, and outreach mission. 

About 1:Button Studios

The University of Minnesota’s 1:Button Studios are fully-automated HD video recording spaces with professional studio lighting and sound equipment. They are set up to record high-quality video projects without any knowledge of lights and cameras. There are currently four 1:Button Studio locations on campus. 

How are 1:Button Studios Used?

Uses of the 1:Button Studio include recordings of:

  • Instructional lectures 
  • Student presentations
  • Mock nurse/patient interactions
  • Train the trainer presentations
  • Equipment demonstrations
