Service Alert: Phone Service Restored

All clear

The University’s voice (telephone) network, which became degraded for incoming calls at approximately 5 a.m. for the Twin Cities campus has been restored. Incoming and outgoing calls, including calls to Technology Help at 612-301-4357 (1-Help) and other help desks, are working normally.

We are monitoring the system closely and are continuing our work to understand the root cause of the service degradation.
