Call for UMN Google Day Presenters & Clinic Volunteers

megaphone with words "call for presenters and clinic volunteers"

UMN Google Day will be held on Friday, March 2 in Bruininks Hall on the Twin Cities campus for University of Minnesota staff, faculty, and students. The focus of the event will be on how to effectively use G Suite (Google) apps. The event format will include a keynote speaker, presentations, informal table talks, and a hands-on clinic.

Call for Presenters and Clinic Volunteers

We are now accepting proposals for 30-45 minute presentations and 15-20 minute hosted table talks on effective use of G Suite apps. We are also looking for volunteers to assist during the afternoon clinic. Please submit your proposal and/or sign up to help with the clinic by end of day, January 26.

About the Event

Google Day is the direct result of UMN community feedback. A significant number of people who took the IT Governance feedback survey asked for training on how to make better use of G Suite apps. User Experience Support and Collaboration and Web Content Services are partnering to respond to that feedback, beginning with this event.

We will communicate more event details as we get closer to the date. If you have questions about UMN Google Day, please contact go[email protected].
