Users must conduct a search to find shared content, since it does not automatically appear. Tickets allow users to share files and directories with people inside or outside of the University of Minnesota. You can issue a ticket for a limited amount of time or create a password for added security. We recommend that when you send a ticket to someone, you email the password separately or call and provide that person the password.
Creating tickets to share content
Select the content to be shared: select the check box to the left of the file or folder.
