Instructors need to change phases on a workshop to allow students to move on to the next phase of the workshop and to allow for certain instructor options to appear (i.e. the workshop must be in the Grading and evaluation phase for grading of student work to begin). Changing Between Workshop Phases
Click a workshop link on the home page.
On the workshop page click the Switch phase icon at the top of a workshop phase table column.
On the switching phase page choose either Continue or Cancel.
