There are several ways you can enroll people in your course sites.
If the site is for an academic course, students are automatically enrolled when the course site is created as long as an instructor is listed in PeopleSoft. See Auto Enroll Student from PeopleSoft into Academic Courses for more information.
If no instructor is listed in PeopleSoft, your department will need to update that information.
You can Manually Enroll a Student or Guest.
You can set up a course site so students can self enroll. You can either require a password or allow anyone to enroll. See Enable Self-Enrollment.
There are occasions when you want others from outside the University to access your course site. They must first Create a Guest Account before you can Manually Enroll them.
If you have a lot of guests you need to enroll all at once, Moodle Support can Add Users in Bulk to a Course Site.
