Submission of support requests will be limited to the designated IT director or business unit director and the approved requesters. Support requests should be emailed to email@example.com.
Support requests from non-authorized parties will be redirected to the appropriate department IT director or business unit director for fulfillment.
Any requests for non-standard monitoring will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Requests for change to the pre-defined monitoring tool capabilities and requests for non-standard monitoring may be subject to review by the Monitoring staff with assistance from the requester. The software development life cycle process will be followed. Fulfillment of the request will be done in a timely manner, dependent on the needs of the requester.
